• 10:00 PM: Departure for Islamabad Via Train

• 08:00 PM: Reach Islamabad, transfer to hotel
• 09:00 PM TO 06:00 AM: Stay for Karachi Members(Accommodation and dinner will be provided)

• DAY 3: 22-Dec.’19 – Sunday

• 00:00 PM: Departure For Kalam Valley via Islamabad-Swat Express way
• 00:00 PM: Sightseeing/Short Stays at: Malakand, Mingora, River Swat and Bahrain

• 09:00 PM: Dinner and Night Stay in Kalam (Honeymoon/Holiday resort hotel or equivalent)

Terms & Conditions:

• 1. Every Member must keep their original CNIC.
• 2. Sight tickets for forts are not included in the package.
• 3. Separate room and or camp for couples will be provided at an additional cost of PKR 5000/- for the whole tour.
• 4. Rooms are provided on a 3-4 person sharing basis.
• 5. Breakfast and Dinner are included in the trip unless mentioned otherwise in the trip plan.
• 6. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural catastrophes, political or security issues, any cost occurred will be covered by the member and not the company.
• 7. Member must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, Tour leader can cancel his/her trip at any time.
• 8. RnB Tours is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• 9. RnB Tours is not responsible for a loss of any kind of valuable item.
• 10. No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
• 11. No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat tires, engine failure or other vehicle mal-function e.t.c.
• 12. RnB Tours can cancel the booking at any time.
• 13. RnB Tours can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• 14. Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy:

• Below refund policy will be followed if members decided to cancel his participation even after payment.
• 50% deduction if informed of cancellation 10 days earlier.
• 75% deduction if informed of cancellation 07 days earlier
• after that 100% payment will be deducted.
